Bookkeeping subscription

When you’re ready to subscribe, your monthly fee is based on your expected annual gross revenue for the current year. Just take your gross revenue from the last full calendar quarter, normalized annually. For example, if you subscribe on May 15 and your last full quarter (i.e., Q1, January-March) gross revenue is $600K, your expected annual receipts are $2.4M (=$600K x 4).Your subscription fee is adjusted after each quarter, based on your gross revenue.

Tax services

You can also add on Finaloop's tax services and get all your accounting in one place!

The monthly price for tax services is also based on your expected annual gross revenue for the current year determined the same way as your bookkeeping subscription. Since our tax services always cover the full taxable year (for example, 1099 filing services & federal and state income tax filing services cover the full taxable year), the monthly tax service fees apply to all 12 months of the tax year. In other words, if you join mid-year, you'll be charged for previous months starting January.

What’s included in my free trial?

During your free trial, you can integrate your apps, view your financial dashboards and order status, and access your Profit and Loss statements (P&L). Your P&L will cover 2 full months of data, built based on our ecommerce-tailored chart of accounts.

In order to view your completed balance sheet, catch up on previous months, or file your taxes, you’ll need to subscribe (trust us, you’ll want to 😉).

Do I need to pay for accounting or bookkeeping software?

Nope! No need to pay for any accounting or bookkeeping software, such as QuickBooks, unless you want us to maintain one for you in parallel to Finaloop.

Finaloop replaces both your bookkeeper and your accounting software. Your subscription includes access to Finaloop’s proprietary software where you can integrate with your banks and credit cards, payment gateways, selling platforms and POS, payroll service, and more, access your financial reports, and view your most critical financial and tax data, in real time in a delightful dashboard.

What is your cancellation & refund policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. No strings attached. No hidden fees. You are the sole owner of your information.  If you ever decide to leave Finaloop, your financial information can be synced to a QuickBooks Online account that you can use with any other bookkeeping or accounting firm. Super simple.

Finaloop subscription fees due are non-refundable regardless of whether you decide to cancel the tax services before the tax year is complete.

Can Finaloop catch me up if I’m behind with my bookkeeping?

Sure, we’re happy to catch up your books from the beginning of the year! We may even be able to provide you books from previous years, depending on the apps you use for your business.

Your previous 2 months of books are free. If you need catch up for your books for earlier months, you'll get charged your monthly subscription fee. For example, if you join Finaloop on May 15, your March, April, and May books would be free (a welcome gift)! If you want January and February included as well, you'll be charged the monthly subscription fee for those months.

What's included in Finaloop's tax services?

Our tax services include the following:

1. Your business’s federal income tax prep. For details on specific forms, check out this article.

2. Up to 1 State income tax return. Each additional State tax return, if required, is subject to an additional fee of $380 at the time of filing.

3. Up to 10 Form 1099-NECs. Each additional form, if required, is $25 at the time of filing. You are responsible for collecting Form W-9s from your vendors and providing them to us by Jan 5 of the following year. We’re responsible for filing the 1099-NEC forms and emailing them to each of your vendors.

4. Tax optimization. We'll work to get you all the tax benefits and deductions available.

5. Tax support. Our team of CPAs, specializing in ecommerce, will help you answer all your burning tax questions.

Tax fees listed above do not include any applicable taxes and e-filing fees.
